Rebekah gay murder

BROOMFIELD TOWNSHIP, MI — When year-old Rebekah Gay suddenly vanished in the small town of Broomfield Township, Michigan, Pastor John D. White asked his followers at the Christ Community Fellowship church to pray for the young woman’s safe return.

Driven by a macabre fascination, he used a rubber mallet to bludgeon Rebekah and then strangled her with a zip tie. Though he confessed to removing her clothes, he denied sexual activities.
